Wesley Chapel, Stallings and Lake Park
General Overview: 
These three family oriented community villages offer quality small town life, just a few miles south of Charlotte. The history of the Wesley Chapel community dates back to the early 1800s. Today it includes over 5,300 acres and approximately 2,162 residents. Its median household income and house values are significantly above the state average. Lake Park is a small nearby village with over 2,000 residents. It features a chiming clock tower that overlooks the downtown area with schools, shops and a community center. Stallings has approximately 3,000 residents.

Special features include the March Kite and Founders Day Festivals, concerts and craft shows. Stallings offers a Family Night in the Park, an annual Golf Classic and Earth Day celebration.
